1How to Submit a Request
If you currently reside in California, USA, and wish to submit a CCPA/CPRA-related request, please send an email to cs@babitalk.com with the required information below. We will assist you promptly upon verification.
2What to Include
Please include the following information in your request:

- Email address registered to your Babitalk account

| Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information | Request to stop sharing or transferring your personal information to third parties for advertising or related purposes |
| Shine the Light Request | Request to obtain the list (names and addresses) of third parties to whom your information was disclosed for marketing purposes over the past year.(Note: Babitalk does not disclose personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.) |
| Right to Limit the Use of Sensitive Personal Information | Request to restrict the use of sensitive personal information (e.g., biometric, location, health data) strictly to providing services and not for non-essential purposes like targeted advertising |
3Verification and Fees
When a CCPA/CPRA-related request is submitted, we will process it after verifying that you are indeed a California resident for privacy and security purposes. Additionally, within the scope permitted by applicable laws, reasonable fees may apply to certain requests.
4Response Timeline
In principle, you will be notified of the results within 45 days of the date your request is received. If the request is complex or the volume of requests is high, this period may be extended by an additional 45 days (you will be notified in advance if an extension is required).
5Non-Discrimination
Babitalk will not discriminate against you for exercising any of the rights described above, including by denying service, charging different prices or rates, or providing a lower quality of service.
